AFFORDABLE, EFFECTIVE
POC TECHNOLOGIES

for early cancer detection

Full-Logo.png

CITEC is a collaboration of engineers, oncologists, and international global health partners that will unite a global community of investigators to develop point-of-care technologies to detect and treat cancer.

Our mission is to develop affordable, effective point-of-care (POC) technologies that improve early cancer detection.

POC technologies deliver health care closer to patients, making care timelier and more convenient, which can ultimately lead to better outcomes for patients.

CITEC will identify needed technologies, accelerate their development, evaluate their performance and impact in diverse settings, and train local users and technology developers to create and disseminate more equitable POC technologies.

Our Leadership

Meet the team that will engage and support a global community to create and scale equitable cancer screening and diagnosis through point-of-care technologies.
